Government 2.0 - What Does it Mean for IACA and its Members?
National and International Business Registries and Personal Property Registries
World Bank Group
IACA and the World Bank's International Finance Corporation ("IFC") signed a Memorandum of Understanding on May 27, 2010, which intends to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices on business registration and encourage transparency of Business Register data. If you would like to review a copy of the memorandum, please contact IACA's Board of Directors for assistance.
Together, IACA and IFC shall identify and establish networks of professionals and officials who work in the business registration area; collaborate on promoting and organizing each other’s or joint events; promote new and innovative solutions in the area of business registration and relevant fields; promote cooperation between the activities of IACA and compatible organizations established outside of the IACA jurisdictions; and utilize and leverage their existing resources and facilities for mutually beneficial activities.
