2011 Annual Conference to be held in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada

IACA President, Myron Pawlowsky invites you to the 34th IACA Annual Conference Sunday, June 5, 2011, through Thursday, June 9, 2011, at the Delta Winnipeg in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. "Discover Winnipeg, a city of exciting attractions, cultural events and booming business!" Plan early; all United States citizens must have a valid passport or proof of citizenship to travel in and out of the country.

For members, please renew your IACA membership each year. If you have not been a member in the past, IACA invites you to become one.

The International Association of Commercial Administrators (IACA) is a professional association for government administrators of business organization and secured transaction record systems at the state, provincial, territorial, and national level in any jurisdiction which has or anticipates development of such systems. International participation is encouraged and welcomed. This website provides resources for members, members' staff and sponsors alike. Additionally, it provides information on how to become a member or sponsor and details IACA's other activities.

Information is available on the various sections of IACA: business organization section (BOS), secured transactions section (STS), information technology section (ITS) and international relations section (IRS). Use our site menu to access material for IACA's future conferences, useful data from previous conferences, or general information on the work and history of IACA. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, more information is available on the sponsorship page.

Reference our annual reports from the jurisdictions, which provide statistical reports on various filing activities. Useful contact information for the IACA Board of Directors, and a directory of member and non-member jurisdictions is also available.
