Changes to the UCC Financing Statement Addendum (UCC1Ad) and the Statement of Claim (UCC5) were effective immediately on May 21, 2009. In order to encourage uniformity throughout our members, IACA recommended that these forms be mandated by each filing office on January 1, 2010; after that date, the old versions of these forms will no longer be accepted.
