IACA does prepare a document containing information about filing offices that oversee Business Organizations and Secured Transactions duties without regard to their membership status in the Association. That document can be downloaded from the IACA Directory section of the website.

The Annual Report of Jurisdictions can be downloaded from the Annual Reports section of this website. These documents are compiled annually from information submitted by filing offices.
