IACA prepares a document containing information about filing offices that oversee Business Organizations and Secured Transactions duties without regard to their membership status in the Association. That document can be downloaded from the IACA Directory. The information in the 2010 IACA Directory was last updated on April 12, 2010.

The Annual Report of Jurisdictions can be downloaded from the Annual Reports section of this website. These documents are compiled annually based upon the information submitted by filing offices.
